Sales Associates:

Kacz' Kids Sales Associates provide efficient, friendly service through actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Sales Associates place an emphasis on product knowledge, provide information not only on product features but more importantly the benefits, and are familiar with related items. Associates in this position know how to find, inquire, respect, solve and thank every customer in the store. Sales Associates are focused on customer service by finding and solving customer needs. Sales associate positions are non-commission sales.

  • Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people
  • Have great communications skills
  • Have an excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
  • Have a strong work ethic, coupled with undeniable enthusiasm and energy
  • Have the ability to thrive under pressure with a strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • Previous experience in sales and supervisory roles are assets

 

Cashiers:

A Kacz' Kids cashier is our company's ambassador. They must provide outstanding customer service to our Customers and drive the sales and profitability of the store. Customer service objectives include delighting our Customers each and every day and fostering long-term loyalty between our associates and our Customers. The Front End Service Centre is the first and last opportunity we have to delight our customers and resolve negative customer service experiences.

  • Previous experience as a cashier using a POS terminal is an asset
